Naifu is currently in beta and as such there may be some bugs. Please report any issues by raising a support ticket in our .

We will update this page with any known persistent bugs.

Many problems can be solved by performing a 'hard R' (refresh)

  1. Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard.

  2. Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard.

Known bugs

Eternal typing

If Naifu does not respond for a long time, she may be stuck in an eternal typing loop. Please perform a hard refresh.

Naifu is repeating herself or has become less interesting

Press the 'reset' button and start a new conversation.
