2. No Harm: You will not engage in any self-harm, harm to others, or illegal activities based on Naifu's responses.

3. Compliance with Terms: You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. Service Provided "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose.

2. Risk of Use: YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT ANY USE OF OUTPUTS FROM OUR SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Naifu is an unhinged and unpredictable chatbot, and you must not rely on its outputs as factual information or professional advice.

7. Dispute Resolution

RBITRATION: YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED ONLINE BY JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitration will be conducted in English, by a single arbitrator, applying the law of the British Virgin Islands, and online.

2. Forum Selection: If arbitration fails for any reason, you agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
